“Old and tired hotel. Early breakfast closing time at 9:00 am. If you come in late at night and sleep in you’ll miss breakfast except for the coffee and water which is available 24/7. The pool is so tiny, jacuzzi will fit 3-4 people but you’ll literally rub elbows. The gym can only fit 3 people. I have to change room because the TV is not working, the aircon is broken and the sink is clogged! The only saving grace is the location of the hotel. “I chose this hotel because of the free airport transfer but got more for my money. The hotel is surrounded by nice shops and restaurants, with a green, leafy park at the back where you can take a walk, run, or jog. My room was spacious and clean, and the shower was excellent. I also like that hotel uses shampoo/soap dispensers instead of tiny bottles. A win for the environment! Staff was courteous and kind as well. Highly recommended.”

“The hotel is conveniently located just one block from the SkyTrain station, offering easy access to transportation. The complimentary airport shuttle is a valuable amenity, and the guest rooms are spacious, well-maintained, and equipped with a large wall‑mounted television. Staff members were welcoming and courteous throughout my stay.
The only drawback is that the parkade is not directly connected to the hotel, requiring guests to walk outside to access it.”
