“When I booked this hotel it was an AmericInn, however when I arrived it was changed to a Quality Inn with no prior indication. I did receive calls from Windham but they never left a message to identify the change prior to my check in. The building did not have any address on it to help identify it as the hotel we needed to be at. Otherwise, it was a very clean hotel. The staff did their best with what appeared to be a new system. “Our toilet was not cleaned. The bowl was still dirty. The young lady running the breakfast buffet was not very helpful when we needed supplies, she was very slow at refilling the food. Other than that it was a nice stay.”
