“Amazing homestay”

“The hotel was beautiful and spacious with lovely views. The staff was quirky. The bed was hard and the hot water didn’t really work. One thing to note is the road out there is rough and unpaved. We had one grab driver not be able to make it up and we had to walk in the dark. ”

The staff went above and beyond, Wendy kept in touch with us gave us maps, suggestions for day trips, arranged tickets for Fansipan. Hotel is on a quiet street a short distance to the main square. “There are many choices in Sapa, better choose others. It located directly on the road, one side with the valley view, other is directly view to other hotel. However noisy both side. It not exactly same like in the pictures, remember, other side is look directly to other hotel's room.”

“Wonderful breakfast with hot noodle like pho, congee, eggs, yogurt. Family room was nice and spacious and they are interconnecting rooms. Great for our family of 4. Nice view from breakfast area and the front. Nice lobby, decor, furniture. Walking distance into town. Free water and drinks in the minibar. Staff were helpful. Very happy that we stayed here during our trip to Sapa and would gladly return.”
