“The property is good, staff were nice, and parking was good too.
However, it's not good that the room does not have a refrigerator. I was told to pay $20 to get one. but somehow, a lady (senior i believe) gave it to me as a complimentary.
Secondly, the pillows were way too soft like baby pillows. A request to get an extra for support was turned down on the grounds that the cleaners already left.
Third, not a single bottle of water was placed in the room as i havd to go and buy at the canadian...

“Our stay at Our Valley View B&B was way more than we had hoped for, both for the comfort of our room to the hospitality of the hosts.
The sweet couple running the place were incredibly kind and provided amazing insight on local places to visit and how to best go about exploring the nearby cities. They saved us from the nightmare that would have been navigating Toronto by car after hearing we were going to the aquarium.

“Room and hallways were despicable dirty. Carpets were nor vacuumed since building was opened. Hotel manager was hostile and rude. Front desk staff just waved you off without words. Walking on the carpet in the room was like walking on sand. Pieces of paper and cramps were on the floor under the sink in the bathroom.
