The half-day backwaters boat tour was a highlight and highly recommended, and the resort grounds were lovely and quiet. The main disappointment was the Alleppey tour, as we were not told in advance that the coir factory, museum, and palace were closed on Monday, which made the long drive less worthwhile. “Lots of free activities to keep you busy, amazing setting and unique rooms. Great food and drinks as well, we loved it wish we had have stayed longer.”

“There was no spa. Internet did not work throughout the stay. Drinking water was provided in very limited quantity and we had to buy cans from outside which was cumbersome. At checkout, noone was available to collect keys. Flat is new, location is amazing.”
