“Bathroom in our apartment flooded as the slope of the bathroom was going against the drain. It took the staff a lot of time to resolve. They ending up upgrading us to a better room the next day but for such a nice resort they need to get their construction sorted. Also, they restrict consumption of store bought alcholhol in the hotel room which is very strange. You should be free to consume what you want in your room. ”

“We had a wonderful stay at Heritage Village for my birthday. Every single staff member was excellent- friendly, courteous and helpful. I can't remember all of their names but do remember Ganesh and Abigail on reception along with Naira and Balakrishna at Chutney. We spoke to the lovely female head chef at Chutney to thank her for the wonderful breakfast buffets - again her name eludes me but she was so sweet and does an excellent job. “Clean room, new hotel facilities with cooperative staff. Airconditioned room with tea and coffee maker. Morning breakfast with bread butter, omlette, poha, tea and coffee. Detox water with infused fruit slices, pudina, lemon slices for drinking”

“Good shower, comfy bed, clean, lovely grounds that are well maintained. Good pool, comfy sun beds with and some without shade. Courteous staff at pool bar. Poor and very slow service at breakfast. Never any bacon on buffet. Breakfast always a poor experience and the only aspect to let it down.”

“The most heavenly hotel, a real treat! Delightful, friendly and helpful staff, beautiful facilities and a very quiet location. We had breakfast included in our stay which was definitely worth it, the masala dosa were a firm favourite! The pool is lovely and the hotel has transport to take you to the beach, towels are provided for both so don’t worry about bringing your own.”
