Campiello Barbaro Ă© un luminoso e tranquillo appartamento che s'affaccia sull'omonimo campo, di fronte a palazzo CĂĄ Dario. Si compone di due camere,una matrimoniale e una singola, soggiorno con divano letto matrimoniale, bagno con doccia, cucina attrezzata lavastoviglie, lavatrice, fuochi a gas, frigo, forno microonde e stoviglie,aria condizionata, riscaldamento, asciugamani e lenzuola.
Consente di raggiungere Piazza San Marco in meno di 5 minuti di vaporetto ed Ă© immerso nell'incantevole atmosfera della Punta della Salute, sottile punta triangolare di divisione tra il Canal Grande e il Canale della Giudecca, prospicente il Bacino San Marco.
nelle vicinanze troverete Ristoranti - bar- negozi per lo shopping,
il supormercato si trova alle Zattere (fermata vaporetto San Basilio) aperto tutti i giorni 8:00 /20:00
la stazione del motoscafo(vaporetto) Accademia o Salute raggiungibile a piedi in pochissimi minuti.
inoltre prima di arrivare alla Salute si trova un servizio di traghetto con la gondola,con pochi Euro vi farĂ  attraversare il Canal Grande e a pochi passi vi troverete nella meravigliosa Piazza S. Marco.

Sergio is a caring and responsive host. The apartment is wonderfully located and has lovely views. It’s clean, comfortable and well appointed. This was our second time staying at this apartment and we’re hoping to stay there again.

Clean and nice location on the canal. Missing some of the basics like salt, pepper, paper towels. The remote controls for the tv did not work. The address on the VRBO site is not correct. and the host spoke very little to zero english.

Nice place to stay in quiet Dusodoro - close to everything and a couple minutes walk from the 2 euro gondola ferry to piazza San Marco. Good restaurants and grocery stores nearby.

We had a fantastic time and was kindly greeted by Sergio who also gave us local recommendations which we tried and loved. The rooms are spacious with a gorgeous view with all amenities needed. We were within walking distance to all sightseeing spots and would highly recommend this accommodation!

This property met our needs perfectly; spacious for 3 people, renovated kitchen and bathroom, located in the heart of Venice a few steps away from the Peggy Guggenheim museum; Sergio was a gentleman, meeting us at the waterbus stop and taking us to the property (in the pouring rain). Staying here helped make our stay even more memorable!

Sergio's place is quite a large apartment in a 3-storey house in Venice. Full of charm but updated kitchen and bath, so very comfortable. Great location and Sergio very helpful, although English not one of his best languages (4 others I think). Thank you Sergio! If we get a chance we would certainly stay again.

Sergio was a great host and very accommodating with our delayed evening arrival. Apartment was perfect for our family of three adults. The compact kitchen with cloths washer was perfect and canal window views of the neighborhood activities were very engaging. We love the Dorsoduro area and Sergio’s place made it even better. Looking forward to a return trip.

We had a wonderful stay here while visiting Venice. Sergio was friendly and helpful in getting us settled in. He met us at the vaporetto stop and walked us to the apartment, pointing out restaurants he recommended along the way. Was a nice refuge from the overcrowded areas of the city.

Vorab... die Wohnung und vor allem die Lage der Wohnung war perfekt. Leider stimmt die gekennzeichnet Lage auf der Karte nicht mit der tatsĂ€chlichen Lage ĂŒberein. In Wirklichkeit befindet sich die Wohnung direkt bei der Peggy Guggenheim Collection. Die Wohnung war zweckmĂ€ĂŸig eingerichtet und sauber. Das Bad hat einige Gebrauchsspuren aber ist dennoch sauber. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt.

Au 2Ăšme Ă©tage de l'immeuble , chaque piĂšce de l'appartement situĂ© en coin sont munies de 1 ou 2 fenĂȘtres qui donnent de la clartĂ© et une vue trĂšs agrĂ©able sur un petit canal , une placette ( jolie carte postale ) Dans le quartier Dorsoduro prĂšs du pont Accademia Ă  cĂŽtĂ© du musĂ©e Peggy Guggenheim , vous ĂȘtes au calme et prĂšs de tout . Monsieur Canziani rĂ©pond gentiment et rapidement Ă  toutes vos questions . La seule apprĂ©ciation nĂ©gative que je pourrais faire c'est une petite nĂ©gligence sur l'entretien . La bouilloire Ă©tait entartrĂ©e ++ , j'ai du la nettoyer avant de l'utiliser . Dans la chambre la couette avait une tache , dans la salle de bains la porte du placard est retenue par du scotch et le haut du mur au dessus du wc aurait besoin d'une retouche de peinture pour cacher surement un dĂ©gĂąt du Ă  une fuite . Ce sont des petits dĂ©tails qui peuvent ĂȘtre rĂ©glĂ©s facilement et qui laisseraient un meilleur souvenir de l'ensemble Nous avons passĂ© malgrĂ© tout un trĂšs bon sĂ©jour

We had a very enjoyable stay. Apartment is a mix of retro and modern. Location is fantastic. The only thing missing were the cloth pins for the laundry. Overall we are happy with everything.

Wonderful stay in Venice. Located a short walk from Accadamia bridge. Very quiet area. Comfortable bed. Kitchen works well. The comments about the shower are true, it’s not hot by American standards, but totally sufficient. Would stay here again. But understand, lots of stairs so be sure you can handle that.

This is a lovely apartment in a fantastic location, with beautiful views over the canal and rooftops. The local neighbourhood is interesting to explore with lots of local shops and restaurants and felt peaceful after the crowds of San Marco. We were met at the Vaporetto stop by the friendly owner and the apartment has a homely feel, is well equipped and has a lovely main bedroom and lounge in particular. The second bedroom has a single bed but was fine for our 15 year old daughter. The apartment is on the second floor of a beautiful looking house and if you like art, the Peggy Guggenheim is on your doorstep! We would definitely visit again. Thank you to Sergio and Loretta.

We stayed here with our 2 daughters age 9 and 12. The location is great, especially if you have the vaporetta pass. The view out our window on the canal was perfect and you can enjoy a nice glass of wine looking out. There is a gelato shop next door and lots of food close. The owner was very nice but has limited English but he got us settled easily and met us on the dock. The unit was very clean, the hot water could have been warmer but the spaciousness of the unit made up for it. We did a free walking tour in the Academia neighborhood that was also good and gave great tips on where to eat and drink more reasonably.

Nous Ă©tions 5 adultes qui avons apprĂ©ciĂ© avoir 3 chambres Ă  coucher. L’appartement est trĂšs propre et tout en Ă©tant dans un endroit moins touristique est tout de mĂȘme prĂšs de tout (Ă  10 minutes de la Place St-Marc). Le propriĂ©taire est venu nous chercher au VAporetto, ce qui a facilitĂ© notre arrivĂ©e. Il nous a donnĂ© des indications de resto et magasins que nous avons apprĂ©ciĂ©es. Venise est une belle ville.

1er atout: la situation. 450m de l'arrĂȘt de vaporetto Accademia, 250m de la Salute et encore plus prĂȘt Campo San Vio. L'environnement est calme et ce que l'on voit par les fenĂȘtres a tout de la beautĂ© vĂ©nitienne. Il y a des commerces Ă  proximitĂ© pour les premiĂšres nĂ©cessitĂ©s. Le supermarchĂ© est un peu plus loin -c'est ce que vivent les VĂ©nitiens- , mais donne l'occasion d'une promenade sur les Zatterre Ensuite, l'appartement est super propre, la chambre avec lit 160 est grande, avec rangement, le lit trĂšs confortable. L'autre chambre lit 90 est petite mais suffisante pour un enfant ou ado..Le canapĂ© du salon est trĂšs confortable Ă©galement. Le salon est grand. On peut y manger confortablement Ă  4 voire 5, mĂȘme sans replier le canapĂ© chaque matin. La cuisine est petite mais correctement Ă©quipĂ©e pour des prĂ©parations succinctes. La salle de bain est assez petite, sans fenĂȘtre mais VMC puissante. Il faut cependant bien aĂ©rer. Les Ă©quipements et appareils mĂ©nagers sont de bonne qualitĂ©. Sergio est accueillant, donne de bonnes adresses. Un seul tout petit regret: un peu de sel, quelques cuillerĂ©es de sucre et un peu de lessive, du papier toilette, c'est tout ce que nous avons trouvĂ© en arrivant...Les locataires prĂ©cĂ©dents avaient peut ĂȘtre tout emportĂ©... Mais le bilan est totalement positif. Il n'y a pas Ă  hĂ©siter.
