Dear Dr Lisa R,thank you for the comments and the words of appreciation towards our location and property style.We are sorry to read of your negative feed-back concerning the service.Room upgrade is always upon availability at time of arrival: when you checked in higher cathegories rooms were available, since it was New Year's Eve and the property was fully booked. As far as the complaint of the room cleaning on Dec., 31st is concerned, we checked with the housekeeping Dept, and you left the "do not disturb" hanging out of the door.
