“Spacious, clean room. The personalized greeting on the tv and phone were nice. Pool was out of service but they gave the option of the other hotel pool. It was quite a walk so we didn’t go. Casino is nice, friendly staff. Bad experience at the sandwich place. Waited over 20 minutes for cold sandwiches, I asked the supervisor (who as at the register) at the 20 min mark, she was dismissive and said ‘he’s making sandwiches now so they must be yours’ without ever checking. Guy making them finally...

“Property was great and clean, no issues. Staff was helpful.
Our family planned this trip 1 month ago, it was really inconvenient that that pool was closed 4th of July weekend for “maintenance”
I paid half to reserve and was too late to cancel but hotel should be more mindful when doing “maintenance” on a busy weekend or at least give some options for the inconvenience”

“As soon as we drove on to the property were greeted with a property full of weeds. Room could have been cleaner. Some furniture had stains. The bedsheets had stains. The shower had hair on the shower pan. The elevator looked dirty. Breakfast was included but all we saw was bagels.”

“Loved, loved, loved this place!! Staff was super friendly and very informative about local pizza places. Channel was awesome, kind and accommodating to our needs. The room was spacious and clean. The pool area was wonderful with a spa and pool—both clean. The breakfast was exceptional with bacon, eggs, potatoes, cereal and all the other “continental” items. The whole hotel is a beautiful getaway. Beautifully decorated and not anything like what you would expect from a hotel in an abandoned strip...
