Dear customer, thank you for the review you left for our structure. We are pleased that you enjoyed your stay in the restaurant overlooking the lake with Italian cuisine. We are sorry to hear about the inconvenience in the bedroom, we are always available for any eventuality. The air conditioning system was automatically set in each room. The rooms were renovated about 2 years ago, unfortunately due to the pandemic we are awaiting the arrival of the latest deliveries. The bathroom fixtures in the rooms are all new, bidets are present in every room, some classic and others of the latest generation. Thanks for your attention, we hope to see you again soon. Hello Mark, as it is clearly written in the description in our rooms there is no air conditioning but we can provide fans to our guests if requested. We already renovated 3 rooms and there is the project to restructure the others soon. We are sorry that you couldn't use our WiFi, none of the other guests had problems with it, maybe we could have fix it toghether. At the arrival we always ask the passport to our guests in order to check them in. It takes a couple of minute to record the data in the system, that's why we usually ask if you prefer to leave us the passport so you can go directly to your room and take it back later, or if you prefer to wait.
