“Good location, just a few steps from the ocean. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Cafe Marco was a step above most of the food establishments, as was the Dawei Tea House, both linked to the hotel. Rooms were clean and modern. Only negative was that the advertised free parking was not free if you book through an on-line service, like Orbitz. “This was my third visit 3 years running staying and diving at Blue Ribbon. They have everything right for a relaxed, but safe, diving vacation. The rooms are fine and everything is convenient. You walk a few meters from your room to eat and not many more to dive. The resort has a friendly family feel to it and the staff were all fabulous. “Room was beautiful, perfectly clean and smelled nice. The staff was super friendly, bossman even helped me try to fix my scooter when i asked for some tools! The premises are gorgeous, the breakfast was tasty and the vibe was generally calm, relaxing and comfortable. The AC is a bit dated but did a reliable job nonetheless. If i had to critisize something, the water pressure in the shower could be a little better. All in all still a 5 star experience for me!”
