The first room we were in #215 was dirty. The desk clerk moved us to #323 which was even dirtier. It was a long drawn out process that was exhausting. Next day complained to front desk. They toured #215 with me and sàw photos of other room. They agreed it was unacceptable. Clerk assured me she forwarded my complaint to the manager. The maintenance man wrote down managers email for me. I sent her an email and it came back as undeliverable.
