We had the other side that looked onto the construction sight that the hotel left us ear plugs and sound machine which was thoughtful of them. Pool and hot top we had no indication from the booking was in another building that you entered in an underground parking lot and then went up to the pool. Very disappointing!! “We stayed in the suite with two separate bedroom areas and a kitchen in between. It's older property and long overdue for renovation which doesn't bother me but might bother some. There are no blackout curtains and the curtains barely covered the window so it's very bright in the morning. The staff tried to be helpful but when my neighbors were repeatedly noisy starting at 10:45 p.m. it took a lot of prompting for the front desk to ask them to be quiet. For three nights in a row.”

“Towels were not provided, which made it impossible to shower during my stay. A 4pm check-in is also not reasonable given the cost structure. This is not a nightly rate—you are effectively paying hourly. I checked in at 4pm as required and left at 5am, resulting in a 13-hour stay that did not reflect the price paid. In my view, the latest check-in should be 2pm, and basic amenities such as towels should be provided as a standard requirement anywhere in the world.”

“Location is amazing! Bus pass very convenient. The room we were put in unfortunately was very dated. Sofa was extremely sun faded. No air conditioning so for the time of year we had to leave the window open which is fine except for the traffic and train noise. For the over $400 per night spent for two nights it was very steep in our opinion. Check-in and Check-out were smooth, parking underground was great.”
