Please be aware that in case of keys lost, or incorrect insertion of the lid in key box (box not locked up correctly) a fee of 150 € will be charged,

Daily waste (wet/organic waste) must be taken out inside a plastic bag and put into the street 3 days a week on Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 8. Pm to midnight
Do not litter at daily hours.

Parkings: payment -blue lines , free -white lines. Yellow lines are for residents only. At the check-in- if any available- u can park temporarily in the yellow ones centrally placed (the ones for load/unload 30min stop) just the time passengers get off the car, unpack, and head to the Penthouse for the checkin. They u go back to the car and go park to the appropriate lots placed towards the exit of the village, a short walk at just 3 min on foot enjoying its terrific view on the Marina's seaside.
