Hotel a Vernon

“We have been here many times and have always enjoyed our stay.”

“Staff was rude during conversation about me requesting 1st floor. I did send a message and they said they did not receive it. She should of said Im sorry about it and be professional about it. She was absolutely rude!”

“Nice place”

“This place has the look and feel of a motel. Basic room with a small kitchen sink and refrigerator (not mini-fridge, so plenty of space). The lobby is unattended (you have to pick up the phone to have someone come to the lobby counter). The room was clean but it smelled of bleach or some sort of cleaning product. The bedsheets were charcoal colored, which I have never seen at a hotel before. The place looked and felt safe and there is plenty of on-site parking.”

“The property is unique and is in a great location! The bed was a little harder than we like, but was perfect for a little getaway.”

“- Listing stated that check in time is at 4 PM when we got there @4 pm , the office was closed for the day and we did not have any chick in instructions .”

“Basic hotel. Clean, nice rooms. Ample parking. On the main drag, easy in and out.”

“Traffic noise is absolutely horrible and the pool lights are shining directly into the room. We asked if there was a different room but was told, "no"; so much for paying for a suite. Plus a trash bag of garbage had been sitting out for 24 hours from an adjoining room and housekeeping did nothing. Not was I am used to with a Marriott Hotel, this was totally below standards.”

“Easy to access”

“Room 111 smelled so terrible we tried to air it out by leaving the door open and blasting the AC . Didn’t help at all. We checked in so late and being on the road all day we didn’t want to try and argue about the room or go look for another place to stay. We just made do for the remaining early morning by sleeping. Mention to the guy at the desk the problems and left it at that.”

“Very comfortable and affordable”

“Room was clean and had many many placed to plug in accessories. But the room was dark.”
