“The first room they gave us hadn’t been clean. Didn’t replenish towels. No managers on site no housekeeping on site in the evening. Had to tell her to give me another room I won’t stay there again”

“The first night of my stay was good except for the air conditioning problem. The thermostat was not cooling properly. I called front desk and they came up to my room and tried to fix it. The desk agent gave me another room and that made me happy and relieved.”

“The property is clean, both inside the common areas and the rooms. The rooms were nice. Nothing too fancy, but not bad at all. The breakfast was a little lackluster—basically all bread products and coffee/juice/milk. The pool was nice (again, nothing too fancy, but not bad at all). The staff were friendly. Good experience overall.”
