Hotel vicino a Veterans Lake - Great Bend

“Every thing was great , front end staff very nice. Only problem was the cleaning staff the morning we departed out of room 213. She was at the door and we was telling her the person that had the room prior to our stay left a women’s top. She wouldn’t listen only said, in English. I don’t speak English. Really??? Service staff should be required to know English . What if I was having a heart attack??? Could she help me then? She just walked away . ”

“Room was clean. Bathtub floor was extremely slick. Almost fell several times showering. Upstairs guest could be heard walking around. Everything seemed to be in nice order.”

“Clean room. Hot shower. Smart TV w/ cable. Breakfast is at Perkins. Great multipurpose room with ping pong, pool table, big screen we hooked up gaming system to.”

“Not a lot of outlets to charge your phone, which you will need your box to plug in as they don't have the USB option. If you bring a computer and need to charge it, may have to unplug the microwave to use that outlet, or have to put it on one side of the bed; which was where the 4 outlets where. Toilet in bathroom was very low to the floor. Ceiling tile in bathroom close to shower had water spot, so must have been a leak at some point. Otherwise it was a good place to lay your head.
