“I booked a king bed accessible room with roll in shower, but upon arrival they said there were none available, so I got a king bed accessible room with tub. For me, that is ok, but not for those who need a roll in shower. Upon entering the room my wheelchair tires were sticky to the tile flooring. At one point early in my stay I had to wipe up some water off the bathroom floor and the towel was dirty afterwards confirming that the floors had not been mopped in a while, or were mopped with a...

“Unfortunately I will not be back. The driveway was hard to find and you have to drive through the parking lot for a gas station to get in, and the rest of the accessible entrances are walled off. Upon arrival, the front desk was empty, telling guests to call a number to get someone’s attention. They did have a nice welcome non alcoholic drink and a cool towel. But then the attendant was a bit too enthusiastic with my bag when I told them multiple times I was fine carrying it-then followed me...

“100% this is Expedias fault. I had a confirmation number for my stay. When I arrived the Hotel had no information in regards to my stay. They were at capacity and I had no choice but to leave. Driving home 4 + hours in the middle of the night. Thanks Expedia for the terrible experience. I will never use the services again. I will specifically through IHG going forward. “Larger than usual bathroom Bottled water would have been nice. Breakfast, while average, was appreciated. No need to eat the same thing in a chain.”

“I've had the opportunity to stay previously at the Hyatt and was pleased with the remodeling and updates to the rooms. The only suggestions would be to install shower bars in the showers and a shelf in the shower area for the bath towels so you have someplace to put the towels while showering.”

“The staff seemed bothered to check me on and out. The paint was peeling in the ceiling in the shower. The hall smelled like Indian food. The elevator was broken. The hand soap was out in my room and not refilled. All in all there is much to improve to get even to a 2”
