“esperienza terribile, la stanza numero 124 è troppo rumorosa, davanti alle finestre ( proprio davanti, in pratica le finestre sono bloccate) ci sono gli enormi motori dei condizionatori e hanno funzionato tutta la notte, sembrava di dormire accanto al motore di un aereo... personale apatico e scortese! Peccato perché la posizione è buona. ”

“Great big room with a "living room" component. There's a regular-sized hotel swimming pool, and then a really big one with a slide, a "lazy river", and various water attractions for kids. The whole thing is 3 feet deep or less, making it perfect for children. The breakfast buffet was quite excellent, plenty of room for eating a hearty breakfast. Highly recommend!”

“Very nice, new(er) hotel. The staff I interacted with was all friendly, professional, and appeared that they liked their job. At first, I had thought the hotel was a salvaged, rebuilt warehouse, but during my stay found out it was brand new. Very nicely designed, stylish decor, clean room, good bed. Breakfast was not unlike many other places and was just what I expected. Only thing that was missing was a pool/hot tub, but in this case, definitely not a deal breaker. “In my opinion, only the breakfast needs improvement. For the rest I would say that our family room was very spacious and clean. For the location I would say excellent, facing the Niagara River, you can reach the Falls by car in 10 minutes.”

“Everything was great. The check in process was easy and friendly and the room was beautiful. Plenty of space and a beautiful room. We also had a the Valentines Specials for dinner. Perfect evening!”
