"È stata una bellissima esperienza. Lo staff è veramente gentile e disponibile. Il cibo buono e la posizione dell'hotel è strategica e molto comoda per spostarsi. Gli unici appunti che posso fare sono: 1 il fatto che nella sala ristorante fa freddo, 2 ci vorrebbe una persona dello staff che parla italiano e 3 sarebbe meraviglioso un bidet nel bagno delle camere. Ovviamente questi sono piccoli appunti personali perché nel complesso ci siamo trovati davvero molto bene e consigliamo questo hotel sia per la struttura che per il meraviglioso staff. "

"Bellissima struttura, staff disponibile, il buffet sempre vario e molto abbondante, spuntini e bevande illimitate( anche alcoliche) e l'hotel offre molti servizi extra tra escursioni e noleggio di qualsiasi tipo di mezzo per spostarsi. Complessivamente siamo stati molto bene ma ho qualche nota negativa: - Le camere sono datate rispetto al resto della struttura; - Il mare ha un fondale algoso, quindi se è agitato salgono tutte a galla e l'acqua a riva diventa marrone. L'ultima settimana di agosto è stato sporco di alghe e agitato per tutto il tempo. - Nei dintorni non c'è quasi nulla e occorre noleggiare un'auto per girare. Risparmiatevi il giro nel trenino che è veramente squallido."

"A facility that truly leaves you speechless. The lobby and all the communal areas are meticulously maintained down to the smallest detail—it almost feels like being in Venice. The reception staff greets you flawlessly, and in general, the entire team went out of their way to pamper us throughout our stay. The room was lovely and cozy, carefully furnished. The only downside was the bathroom—while beautiful, it could use just a touch of maintenance. The courtesy set was extremely well-stocked. There was an extensive variety of food options, with several restaurants and bar areas. A noteworthy point: everyone was very attentive to lactose intolerance. In summary, a highly recommended experience, fully in line with the price paid. I’m already feeling nostalgic!"

"This was our second stay at Cretan Malia Park, and once again, it exceeded our expectations. The hotel is on a nice beach, and the grounds include lovely gardens, pools, and various excellent dining options. The lawns and landscaping make the area cooler and was also nice for our child to explore. What stands out about this hotel is its ability to cater to families without compromising on comfort. Our daughter loved spending some time at the Kid's Club every morning, allowing us parents to relax and enjoy the beach or other facilities the hotel offers. We always found lounge chairs at the beach or the pool and didn't have to compete. Although the hotel is large, it has a more boutique feel, so it never felt overcrowded, and we stayed in mid-August. We also appreciated that while the hotel is family-friendly, it doesn't go overboard with flashy attractions like large or noisy water parks/slides or loud/bright discos or kid-themed areas. Everything is done with attention to creating a serene atmosphere for everyone. The daily buffet breakfast and dinner were great, with a changing menu that kept things fresh. The hotel also offers a selection of bars and restaurants for more variety or options. We liked lunch at the Beach Bar, though one suggestion would be more snack options for the beach area. The staff were consistently helpful and accommodating, making our stay even more enjoyable."
