“The room (although they could use updating) was clean and well kept. The staff was very friendly ! The breakfast had some good choices though the cooked products sat too long. The parking was great! Our second night/3rd morning, had a lot of undesirable noise and commotion with billiards of young people who came to stay. Very unfortunate !!! ”

“Rooms were dated and carpet stained and a bit dirty. Staff very passive, not super friendly and when asked about Uber eats, replied not sure something left on table with no one around. Dismissive. ”

“You would never know you are in southbridge once entering the building. Clean, staff is super friendly. Nice place to say with good prices. ”

“Room was so cold I had to get a space heater even after complaining about it and given extra blankets. They only allow two bath towels per room so I had to buy bath towels from Target. Sink was slow to drain. The tub and shower both ran at the same time. No microwave or fridge in room. Most of the staff was okay except the young girl at the front desk who was extremely unprofessional and rude. Inexpensive hotel, but not worth the money you're saving. ”
