“This property is spacious, with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one with separate toilet. Its location is fantastic, just a short walk from Lorne restaurants. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen well stocked with crockery and cooking utensils. The best feature is the balcony, with views of the ocean through the trees, and a great place to view the sunrise. Thank you Noel, we enjoyed our stay and will return.”

“Farm Cottage is the most perfect dog-friendly haven, and Pat has thought of everything to ensure a relaxing and comfortable stay. Talking of comfort, the beds are incredible - haven’t slept that well in a long time - and the bath was great. There are shops only a short drive away, so many beaches nearby and my dog loved the wide open fields right outside to explore. It’s very quiet and the stars at night are incredible. Highly recommend, I would happily return to stay again. ”

“The property was excellent and well furnished with all commodities.Only down side trying to work some appliances this was only a very minor issue as they all worked as expected.One other very minor issue there was no soap for the shower and second bedroom did not have any hangers. this did not affect our stay and will be back again.”

“We were a group of 12 friends. Easily accommodated all of us. Well equipped holiday home, good appliances, cooking equipment, kitchen utensils, kitchen ware etc were well stocked for our big group. Stay could have had been improved by a few more towels and toiletries. There were very thin towels - 1 each for 4 days. A small packet of very cheap soap for each person. There is no dryer in the property - a washing machine but no dryer so could not easily dry towels. In the kitchen there was...

“A couple of young families stayed here over Easter. The house is nicely presented and furnished. The area is nice and quiet, great for walks. Both Geelong and Torquay aren’t far which the kids loved. ”

"La camera era sporca (specialmente il bagno). La prenotazione prevedeva un letto King size e un letto per il bambino. Il letto per il bambino non era pronto. Abbiamo chiesto a due persone diverse, a distanza di due ore, di darci le lenzuola e un cuscino o di venire a preparare il letto. Nessuno è venuto e non ci hanno dato neanche il materiale. Il bambino ha dormito senza neanche il cuscino, tra noi. La colazione della struttura è semplicemente pessima, sia per varietà che per qualità. Nessun aiuto o supporto dal front-desk che per due volte si è limitato a dire che ‘avrebbe riportato al manager il disservizio’ senza provvedere alla risoluzione delle tematiche presentate. Non torneremo sicuramente più."
