“The townhome week stayed in was quite new, very clean, and beautifully set up. Our only issue was that the heating in the bedrooms downstairs did not work, nor did the tv’s in the bedrooms. “This place is nothing to look at from outside, but once the door is opened it’s another world. Magnificently excellent is putting it mildly. My only query is after refurbishing that place so delightfully, why did they squib on the shower recess and the rose when there is so much space still in the bathroom to have put in a decent-sized shower recess. That said, it’s still a great place to stay and well worth the money.”

"La camera era sporca (specialmente il bagno). La prenotazione prevedeva un letto King size e un letto per il bambino. Il letto per il bambino non era pronto. Abbiamo chiesto a due persone diverse, a distanza di due ore, di darci le lenzuola e un cuscino o di venire a preparare il letto. Nessuno è venuto e non ci hanno dato neanche il materiale. Il bambino ha dormito senza neanche il cuscino, tra noi. La colazione della struttura è semplicemente pessima, sia per varietà che per qualità. Nessun aiuto o supporto dal front-desk che per due volte si è limitato a dire che ‘avrebbe riportato al manager il disservizio’ senza provvedere alla risoluzione delle tematiche presentate.
Non torneremo sicuramente più."
