“Wonderful mansion. Very appreciated complimentary wine tasting and mansion visit. Room with spa bathtub was very big and fitted two in the tub but didn’t have a hair dryer. The room service was meant to be till 10pm but at 9.17pm they answered that because it was winter they had already closed the kitchen and kindly made 2 toasts and an ice cream. It would have been nicer to be informed at check-in.”

“Stayed at Point Lonsdale Apartments recently — great location, but overall disappointing. Advertised as 4-star, but felt closer to 3-star. Rooms are older and could use a more thorough clean (noticeable dust). The “premium bedding” didn’t live up to the claim either — very firm beds and wafer-thin pillows made for an uncomfortable stay, and we ended up checking out early. Biggest issue was the lack of transparency around access — there was no mention of four flights of stairs to reach the...
