Location was good, quite a few resturant nearby. Overall I would definitly stay here again, if coming back. Highly recommend this hotel.”

“Excellent location in a tourist area about 5 minutes walk to the beach. My room was clean and comfortable. Free breakfast was available with many menu choices. Staff was always courteous and helpful.
The only thing I noted that didn't work properly was the 'do not disturb / clean my room' lights outside of the room. I think it is wired to the the key card room power, so when you leave your room, the neither the 'do not disturb' or the 'clean my room' lights stayed on. ”

"Parto con la premessa che da un 5 stelle mi aspettavo di più. Come posizione è piuttosto comoda, ma in Vietnam ci siamo sempre spostati con i taxi. Dietro l'albergo c'è un centro commerciale che pensavamo fosse grosso e pieno di roba, ma avevamo sottovalutato gli standard per un paese come il Vietnam.
Parto dai pro dell'albergo:
Spazio: le camere erano senz'atro spaziose e pure la hall era imponente.
Spa: i massaggi costavano poco ed erano di qualità.
Personale: il personale è sempre stato molto disponibile e cordiale, cercando di aiutarci sempre e comunque, anche oltre al loro dovuto.
Varietà buffet colazione: senz'altro c'era un'ampia varietà di cibo da cui scegliere.
Piscina: non ne abbiamo usufruito, ma ho visto molta gente andarci.
Doccia e servizi: molto comoda e pulita in generale.
Passiamo ai contro:
- Pulizia stanza: Abbiamo trovato appena entrati una carta di caramelle sotto ad una sedia. L'abbiamo lasciata lì per esperimento per vedere se l'avrebbero tolta. Morale della favola, ce ne siamo andati dopo. una settimana con la cartaccia ancora là sotto. Una sera, è caduto un cuscino per terra, riempendosi di polvere. L'abbiamo buttato su una sedia. La mattina dopo, quelli delle pulizie l'hanno preso e rimesso nel letto mentre hanno "rifatto" la stanza. No comment su questo.
- Qualità colazione: cibo di bassa qualità e cattivo odore appena si entrava in sala.
- Finestre: pezzi di plastica penzolanti.
- Ascensori: ci si metteva secoli a spostarsi."
