“Voted #1 resort in Southeast Asia and #1 in Asia, it is a very big resort with all the amenities and entertainment you can think of. Spacious rooms, staff were nice but didn’t seem overall as friendly as other places like in Hue and Da Nang. It’s a big resort, and they’re held to certain standards, so it almost felt so service-based. Didn’t like that we had to use their taxi service to get out and some of the drivers weren’t too familiar with the area. Grab isn’t allowed here so FYI. Breakfast...

“The only negative I can truly say about the hotel is the location, we had to Grab food or taxi as it’s away from the beaches and restaurants. I do also think they need more lounge chairs at the pool. Staff was wonderful, facilities clean and well maintained. Every evening food trucks line up for the sunset which was wonderful to witness during our evenings there!”
