“I needed to extend my stay and the owner/manager is a shyster and cheated me out of $20, lying to me saying i had received a multi day discount and his rate was better than Expedia. I believed him, extended my stay direct with the property, and it wasn’t when I checked later! I walked into the kitchen looking for a knife and fork after hours and was astounded by the filth and disorder from what I saw. “Breakfast was decent. Pool area wasn’t kept in best shape and not many towels. The room key stopped working after the first day. And the staff tried to make it seem like we didn’t have another nights stay. Room was average. ”

“We stayed in what I believe is a recently renovated room. The room was stunningly beautiful and spacious, exuding a sense of cleanliness and organization. The bathroom was particularly impressive, featuring a large mirror and excellent lighting that provided the perfect ambiance for my skincare routine and makeup. If we ever return to Utica, I have no doubt that we will rebook this room without hesitation. ”

“The breakfast and the food service worker was pleasant. There hotel was very noisy. All night there was a scrapping noise going on that was very disruptive to our sleep. The front desk failed to tell me about the pet fee until I found additional charges to my credit card. We left that room spotless. I won’t be staying at that particular Hampton Inn again and the chain will not be my first go to choice in the future. ”
