“First off I need to say the staff I interacted with were fantastic. I use a Walker and Wendy who checked me in got me a room as close to the commons area as possible, I didn't get his name but the young man that checked me out this morning held the door open for me to get through with my walker. I didn't use them but the pool facilities looked fantastic. I appreciated the bathrooms were accessible with higher toilets. Alot of hotels have such low toilets that make it more difficult for...

“Best location! We got to see a ship pull in at night right from our room! Breakfast was ok but I’d love vegetarian options. Hard boiled eggs were overcooked but the omelets were good. We think they mixed up the signs on the coffee as we think we got decaf by mistake. We had reserved a ground floor room but got a third floor room. No reason given.”

“Room was clean could use some updating the location of the hotel on the side of the hill was different, but not expected would have been nice to have known that on the website when booking. Parking was terrible the amount of tourists that were there and the amount of needed parking.”
