“The property itself was horrible not clean smelled of cigarettes homeless man in parking lot peeing then he was in the lobby We left an hour after checking in Stains on sheets ceiling was cracked and collapsing. Ice machine was broken out of order AWFUL”

“The common areas were not cleaned regularly. Room was clean. Again carpet not thoroughly clean. Bed comfortable. Good for a basic stay.”

They were unable to fix the air conditioner problem, which means the air conditioner ran all day and they were unable to turn it off, which could have caused a fire hazard the refrigerator never did work all my food went bad. I came here to be comfortable and never was comfortable at all.”

“Siamo arrivati al hotel e alla reception ci viene detto che la carta con cui abbiamo pagato non era la stessa che risultava nel loro sistema (quando sulla fattura di hotels era palesemente la stessa da me fornita), dopo svariati tentativi ci ribadisce che non puó farci il check in dato il problema e prova senza mio consenso a ripassare la carta per effettuare una nuova transazione; tutto questo con la scusa che si trattava solo della prassi per poterci dare la camera. “Very dirty, walls peeling off in the rooms, bathroom door wouldn’t shut all the way, gum was trashed and lots of construction that wasn’t listed anywhere online, ac was awful and entire hotel felt very warm”
