“Our room was disgusting. The bathroom floor had brown splatters across the floor that could have been easily removed. There was someones Subway garbage left the garbage bin. The base boards were caked with grime and the walls in the main area a brown drip marks that were very obvious. Coffee Machine but no coffee. The mattress cover was put on after the flat sheet which makes zero sense and was more work than the bed was worth. Room 126, wont be back.”

“I was very happy to see they had cleaned up the gravel since I had been there the week previous the rooms are always clean bed was comfortable however I did have a room with an out outdoor access and in the process of things at 4:30 in the morning I took my dog out who I was travelling with and got locked out of my room because the room keys would not work in the door from outside going in and of course my inside door I had locked and double locked for safety reasons so I was over an hour before...

“The parking situation is an abomination and should be included, the back entrance and elevator is a back alley eyesore, our room reserved 4 weeks in advance, was not ready for a hour, the loud base from a wedding function pounded until after two in the morning.”

“Overall is was a good stay with clean and comfortable accommodations. My only observation was hearing through to our next door neighbors. Not great sound barriers. And the breakfast options could be expanded a little. Staff was great, place was clean just the noise issue for weary travellers needs improving.”

“This is an old, dated facility. Upon opening the room door we were hit with a musty odor that cleared after the window was open for awhile. The carpets are stained and, in some places, threadbare. The bathroom sink had some weird stains that had obviously been there a long time and it appeared that someone had cut themselves with what looked like droplets of blood down the wall by the mirror (entranceway) with more drops on the carpet.
