“The resort and its beach are great, behind the corner from ugly Nha Thrang (which however offers many restaurants that can be easily reached with the free boat shuttle service of the hotel). What is incredible is that in a 5 star resort of this kind, some of the staff is so unprofessional and often almost rude (starting from the hotel manager). The owners should definitely do something about that. ”

“Camera assegnata all'arrivo non corrispondente a quella prenottata. Tipologia inferiore e lontanto dalla spiaggia. Lunghe e animate discussioni per avere quanto gia' regolarmente pagato. Staff volenteroso ma con scarsa formazione e limitatissima consocenza della lingua inglese. Prima colazione a buffet apparentemente abbondante ma in verita' quasi tutto orientato si gusti asiatici (zuppe varie, pesce secco e grigliato, lasagne!!!!!!) mente era impossibile avere della marmellata. “We loved our stay at Diamond Bay Condotel. The room had a little musty smell but we got used to it and the staff service definitely made up for it. For the price, it was very nice. The grounds and pool area are well maintained. It was a ways away from activities but Grab (Uber) are super affordable and plentiful. Great stay!”

“Beautiful, well managed hotel with very service minded staff. A little bit offside from the busy Nah Trang city centre, but if you are looking for accommodation with peace and quiet this is it. Full size gym, big pool and a couple of minutes to the beach. I felt right at home.”
