Luminoso appartamento soleggiato disponibile su Martha's Vineyard, vicino al centro della città di West Tisbury.

Come parte dell'accordo, metteremo a disposizione, gratuitamente o modificando, l'uso di un'auto di base per aggirare l'isola. È una tipica auto Island, 1998 Honda CRV.

Niente di speciale, ma è affidabile e si trova quattro e ha spazio nella parte posteriore per le sedie a sdraio, asciugamani, refrigeratore, generi alimentari, ecc Il piano è anche quello di ottenere un adesivo da spiaggia per l'auto per la vicina Lamberts Cove Beach.

Lo spazio ha un letto matrimoniale, un divano e una sedia, una piccola sala da pranzo e un bagno completo con doccia e vasca.

C'è anche una terrazza con alcuni mobili da esterno e una griglia, così come la connessione Wi-Fi e la televisione via cavo.

C'è un forno a microonde e frigorifero, ma non c'è una cucina completa. C'è un grill all'aperto se si desidera barbecue. Il posto ha anche aria condizionata e riscaldamento centralizzati.

Questo è l'ultimo piano di una casa. Ci sono persone che vivono al piano di sotto, anche se hai un ingresso separato, e molto probabilmente non interagiranno con le persone.

Ci sono dei cani sulla proprietà ma sono amichevoli e non saranno nel tuo spazio. Potresti vederli di tanto in tanto quando le persone al piano di sotto li lasciano fuori.

Siamo a circa 20 minuti dalle principali città come Oak Bluffs ed Edgartown, anche se siamo a pochi passi dal negozio di alimentari e dalla fermata dell'autobus.

Abbiamo un parcheggio per un veicolo,

 Stiamo elencando questo per quattro persone al massimo, anche se possiamo solo fornire un materasso ad aria per dormire per tre o quattro persone.

In sintesi, questo è un bel spazio pulito e soleggiato con tutti i servizi di cui avresti bisogno. Non è il posto più fantastico dell'isola, ma è comodo e lo stiamo elencando ad un prezzo conveniente con il veicolo.

Consentiremo anche gli animali domestici caso per caso, a seconda delle circostanze.

Perfect long weekend on MV

James and Sam’s loft is perfect for two people- it’s spacious, comfortable, thoughtfully decorated and has a great bathroom with an updated roomy shower and a beautiful clawfoot bathtub. The whole process was easy start to finish. We really appreciated the use of the car and loved the access to Lamberts Cove Beach with the beach sticker on the car. It’s on a quiet road super close to a small grocery market (Cronig’s Up Island) It was nice to sit out on the deck in the early morning listening to the birds. We were busy with lots of plans, so never used any of the books and games but the loft was well stocked with reading material and classic games. We loved staying there and can easily imagine coming back in the future, thank you!

Nice pet-friendly stay in great location

Very sweet place for short-term stay. Once on the island, owner was very communicative. The listing is accurate - if you want to cook meals, keep in mind that there is no stove, hot-plate, or toaster, so it worked for us for a weekend (although would have loved a toaster!) The only reason for the 4 stars on cleanliness was because there was a pair of socks from previous renter left in the bathroom, but otherwise clean! It was great with our dog - very comfortable, not overly precious but still felt high quality. If you are a light sleeper, walls are really thin . You can hear tenants, tv, etc. in the rooms adjacent to the apartment. We loved the location - central location, but tucked off main road.

Perfect for us!!!

We were so comfortable here during our recent stay in West Tisbury, we definitely hope to return again soon! First, the smell test- all good here. The, visual cleanliness, check, check and check! If a place isn't clean, then what else matters? I made several inquiries on the fays leading up to our arrival, and they were always answered promptly and friendly. Thanks for helping to make our trip fabulous!

Wonderful 2nd floor apartment with car!

The property is a joy. Spacious for 2 with room for one or 2 more. Price was perfect particularly because you get the use of a car included. Best bargain on the island. We are already trying to figure out when we can get back. Can't thank you enough.

July 4th Week

We had the absolute best time during our stay. The space was perfect for me, my husband, and our baby. The host provided a travel crib which was great to not have to bring one. Space was clean and comfortable. Having the car with the beach sticker was a huge plus. Lamberts Cove is beautiful! Loved staying out of the hustle and bustle but still close by everything. Would definitly stay again.

Great Stay!

My wife and I stayed here during our trip and the owner did all he could to make us feel comfortable and was very responsive to all messages. Depending on what you're planning on doing, the location could be considered remote, but having a car provided for this unit made it easy to get around. I would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Martha's Vineyard.

Great location + vehicle included = GREAT VACATION

We spent our 40th wedding anniversary at Martha's Vineyard and the location of our VRBO and vehicle included made this an awesome trip. The apartment was perfect for the 2 of us and we can't recommend it enough. After you check into a cost of a rental car, you will agree. WE WILL BE BACK!!!

Great stay and perfect for families!

This property has everything for families with children. We found everything we needed and our son loved the toys there. The hosts were really helpful and gave us a late check out so we didn’t have to wait for a long time at the airport with an infant. Highly recommend this rental for families traveling with infants or small children!

Awesome hosts and place to stay

The best ever hosts we have ever met in vacation rentals. The hosts went beyond our expectations to make sure our first trip to MV is a memorable one. This place is in a very quite and nice neighborhood and the loft is very cozy and comfortable. As we stayed for 3 nights, the car was very essential for exploring the island conveniently. I would definitely recommend my friends and relatives to stay at this place.

Great stay

Stayed here for a few days in August. The apartment was exactly like the photos and had a lot of space. The car was very helpful for getting around but is definitely older. Unfortunately it rained the two full days we had on the island but the hosts were very nice and flexible with our checkout and sent us rainy day recommendations. The car has a beach sticker to one of the most amazing beaches I’ve ever been to in New England which was a huge plus!

Excellent condo on Martha’s Vineyard

This location is away from the crowded Oak Bluffs, Vineyard Haven, Edgartown sections of the island. You are closer to nicer “Up Island”. A car is essential here, and the car provided for my stay was old but very adequate for getting around. You are not going to be doing a lot of cooking here but the fridge, microwave and other things are more than adequate for breakfasts and storing and prepping lunch stuff, etc.

Lovely studio, excellent hosts!

My teenage daughter and I had a wonderful stay here over Memorial Day weekend. The hosts went above and beyond to be sure we had what we needed. The bathroom is brand new with a big tub and heavenly shower. The beds are like clouds and they’re also adjustable! Wi-Fi was good, which is important bc cell coverage was spotty. My only wishes were that it had a hair dryer and some beach chairs to borrow. It’s well water from the taps but they have a nice big Poland Spring dispenser for your use. Go! You won’t be disappointed. Thank you, Sam and James for a great stay. A+
