“Staff were lovely, food and drinks were lovely. There is no beach access at the actual property. You need to catch the bus to get to the beach front facilities, away from the property. Nice resort”

Staff volenteroso ma con scarsa formazione e limitatissima consocenza della lingua inglese. Prima colazione a buffet apparentemente abbondante ma in verita' quasi tutto orientato si gusti asiatici (zuppe varie, pesce secco e grigliato, lasagne!!!!!!) mente era impossibile avere della marmellata. “더아남은 제가 이미 두번째 방문 할 만큼 나트랑에서 가장 좋아하는 리조트 입니다. 항상 직원분들이 친절하시고 정겨운 인사를 해 주셔서 기분이 좋고 또 감사합니다. 특히 수영장의 life guard분들이 친절하고 잘 도와 주셔서 좋았습니다. 다만, 체크아웃 할 때 저를 응대한 직원에 태도는 유쾌하지 않았습니다. 보통 계시는 동안 잘 지내셨는지 좋은 경험이었는지 등을 물어봐주시고 하는데 이번에는 그렇지 않았습니다. 불친절하진 않았지만 친정하지 않았고, 사실 거의 한국의 저가 호텔에 계시는 리셉션 직원같았습니다(베트남은 저가 호텔이라도 불친절한 경우를 거의 본 적이 없습니다) 저는 당연한 마음으로 더 아남을 선택했지만 이런 경험들은 다음에도 더아남을 선택할지를 망설이게 합니다”

“We loved our stay at Diamond Bay Condotel. The room had a little musty smell but we got used to it and the staff service definitely made up for it. For the price, it was very nice. The grounds and pool area are well maintained. It was a ways away from activities but Grab (Uber) are super affordable and plentiful. Great stay!”

“Beautiful, well managed hotel with very service minded staff. A little bit offside from the busy Nah Trang city centre, but if you are looking for accommodation with peace and quiet this is it. Full size gym, big pool and a couple of minutes to the beach. I felt right at home.”
