Situato tra la 21ª e la 22ª strada, questo condominio offre viste sull'oceano e accesso laterale dal parcheggio privato coperto al lungomare e alla spiaggia.

Godetevi le viste sull'oceano e sul lungomare dal balcone sulla spiaggia. Rilassati alla fine della giornata nel soggiorno con una TV LCD Sony da 50 "con accesso Netflix e un lettore DVD Blu-ray, un divano La-Z-Boy e un futon convertibile. Assapora i tuoi pasti guardando l'oceano nella sala da pranzo con comodi posti a sedere per 6. La cucina è completamente attrezzata e dispone di un bar per la colazione se sono necessari posti a sedere supplementari.

Le comode sistemazioni per la notte includono: una camera da letto principale con un letto matrimoniale, un balcone e un bagno con vasca idromassaggio; e una seconda camera da letto con 2 letti singoli che possono essere facilmente convertiti in un letto matrimoniale, se si preferisce, oltre al proprio bagno completo. We got to the place late Saturday night and the neighborhood was hopping but you could barely hear it inside. The next morning.... magical. The apartment is amazing and the view is a dream. We shopped up and down the strip and often went to the beach to unwind. It's literally like a home away from home, clean, spacious and relaxing. We're excited to come back again for the magic! Thank you Maggie for being such a helpful gracious manager to me and my family. :)

A great place.

Very nicely done property. Plenty of room to stretch out. We walked most places to eat or shop. Spent 3 days commuting to Williamsburg, Jamestown and Yorktown. Perfect beach evenings after those days. Easy walk to the beach. Felt like a resort without all the resort people.

Location & View

It is located in the heart of Virginia Beach with access to all little charming restaurants and shops. There is a straight shot to the highway towards Norfolk. And you cannot beat the ocean view. Wonderful place

Beautiful and clean condo

Very clean condo with great views! Much larger than the pictures show. Plenty of room for everyone. Master bedroom is on the street side, across from a night club. It can be noisy at times, but tolerable. Makes for great people watching though LOL We had a wonderful stay and would come back for sure! Margie was wonderful to work with and we had no issues. Thanks for a great beach vacation!

Best location!

It's always hard finding the "perfect" location for vacation, especially when you aren't familiar with the area. I rely a lot on reviews, so I will share mine and hope it helps you! This location is perfect! It is a 2 bedroom 2 1/2 bath condo, incredibly clean - and was perfect for us (4 adults). There is room to sleep 6, probably 8 if you use the fold out couches in the living room. The master bedroom has a king bed and its own bathroom. with a walk in shower. There is a balcony off the master bedroom overlooking Atlantic Ave. The second bathroom has a queen bed and a bunk bed set - it also has its own bathroom/shower. There is a half bath near the kitchen/living room area. The kitchen is perfect - and has all you need for your stay - cooking in or going out. Living room with 2 couches and a TV. There is parking available right on site - and the beach is literally right outside your door! There are tons of restaurants and shops within walking distance - for us it was the absolute perfect location. It can be a little loud at night - but with a fan or white noise machine (there is one in both bedrooms) you don't hear a thing. I highly recommend this rental!

Nice Clean Condo

The condo was extremely nice and was very clean when we arrived. This location was very easy to find and provided views of the beach and boardwalk. Contact with the property manager was quick and effective. The only caution is with the noise. As this location is close to several bars that close at 2am, anyone that is not accustom to the noise from outside might have a hard time sleeping until the bars close. That being said, this location is ideal for anyone that enjoys a vibrant night life. I would recommend to several friends.

Awesome Rental

Margie is very easy to work with and is readily available if anything is needed-easy seamless check in process and an amazing rental with a awesome view oceanfront and the best of Atlantic Ave as well! I absolutely love this rental and highly recommend it!!!!

Location Was Good and Bad

The location of this property is both a blessing and a curse. We LOVED being within walking distance of so many shops, restaurants, entertainment and of course the beach/boardwalk. However, this convenience comes at a cost; the street noise is constant. If you are used to the typical sounds of a city at night (i.e. traffic, music and voices) or you are a night owl, then this would not be an issue for you. I was not surprised by the noise, others had commented on it as well, but I had hoped it would be more intermittent. The unit was clean, well stocked and roomy enough for our family of 4. Check in/check out was a breeze; instructions were clear and Margie was always available should any questions arise before, during or after our stay. I would most likely consider this condo again because I think the good outweighs the bad. I am now better prepared for what to expect and would bring a fan to help reduce the noise at night or plan to sleep in the living area where it may be a little quieter.

Location was EXCELLENT!! Overall, it was very clean, but bedrooms seemed dusty and aside from the living area/kitchen, the remaining sections could use with an update. That being said, it was a wonderful getaway!

On the beach, on main street.

Great location, look out over the boardwalk and beach as the sun rises from one side. As it gets dark watch main street come alive from the other. Small veranda out back and front great for gazing out. Leave through the dedicated side gate across boardwalk onto beach. Parking is tight but this unit has undercover parking, a larger corner spot. Don't forget to take the fob when you go, it opens the gate and elevator, lest you be locked out. Building is dated, but don't let the outside fool you. Inside has been mostly redone, new appliances, new floors, well appointed, lots of utensils and kitchen accessories, everything you need including small washer dryer. Perfect inside. 2 full ensuite bathrooms plus 3rd half. Lots of beds sleeps 6 easily. Note, main street is noisy at night, music, people, cars, bikes... Lots going on. Either join them, or turn on the sounds of rain or a waterfall... Noise machine included, lol. Bring a surf board, or rent one for the week or a boogie board with fins.. will allow you to use the surfing spots with much better waves than the shore breaks.. life guards get antsy if you venture too far out and especially if you swim in the spots used by surfers. Absolutely get a 1hr Jet Ski ride... When it's windy and rough. What fun. Had a great time, lots of sun, sand, water, waves... A great summer vacation.

The property surprised me from the outside. I was expecting something a little nicer. The inside kitchen was very nice. The bathrooms could use some updating but functioned just fine. The balcony view of the Ocean was nice also. I covered the futon and the couch with sheets because I felt like they looked very well used, and didn’t want my children sitting on them. Perhaps a material that could be wiped off would be better.

Beautiful View in the middle of it all

Overall, I would recommend this condo. The living room and kitchen areas are beautiful and modern, and having an oceanfront balcony, and balcony overlooking the main drag is amazing! I love the feeling of security with the gated parking and key fob required to get into the building. A quick walk to the beach with a convenient outdoor shower to clean off before heading back to the condo. As a family with a younger child, the location was not completely ideal for us. With all of the outdoor activity late at night (up until 11pm), and the single pane windows in the condo, it is very loud and difficult to get the kids to sleep. That said, there are many amazing restaurants within walking distance, so it's a trade off on the location. We noticed a few cleanliness issues when we first arrived (random things clearly left behind by previous renters that should have been found and removed by the cleaners before we arrived). We had a good, relaxing week at the condo, but while my kids are still young, we would likely choose to rent in a quieter part of town next time.

Great place in the center of everything going on at Virginia Beach. Check in process was different than I'm used to but very easy. Plenty of space for the entire family. Margie and her team are amazing. We will be staying again.

Virginia Beach getaway

Spectacular balcony views of the boardwalk, sand and ocean! Steps from the main strip for shopping and many restaurants to choose from!! Condo living room & kitchen nicely renovated with a 70” tv. Kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, pot, pans serving dishes etc! The two bedrooms were comfortable but bathrooms could use a refresh! Providing linens and towels would be a great addition! Overall, it was good accommodation and location was excellent!!
