Questo complesso si trova a due isolati dalla 24th Street stage e la Stazione Vecchia Guardia Costiera & Museum. E 'a pochi passi da negozi di alimentari, farmacie, cinema, negozi di souvenir e ristoranti. Trascorrete le vostre vacanze godersi il sole e il surf, a piedi o in bicicletta sulla pista ciclabile lungomare e adiacente, rilassarsi nelle gradevole brezza marina dal vostro balcone Oceanside o prendere nella vivace vita notturna lungo Atlantic Avenue!
Il triangolo storico di Colonial Williamsburg, Yorktown e Jamestown, Busch Gardens parco divertimenti, Water Country USA, e diversi centri commerciali sono solo un'ora di auto. La Virginia Aquarium & Marine Science Center, Ocean Breeze Waterpark, e Motor World go kart sono tutti a 5 minuti di auto.
Kamla è una proprietà privata, 15 unità, 6 piani, oceano complesso condominiale fronte si trova sul Virginia Beach Boardwalk tra il 21 e il 22 Street sulla Atlantic Avenue. Questo condominio è un due camere da letto, due anni e mezzo bagno di 1.250 mq. Ft. Fine unità con ascensore. Un balcone privato si trova sul lato della spiaggia del condominio, in mostra una vista oceano infinito e tramonti con porta scorrevole di accesso in vetro dal soggiorno / sala da pranzo. Il balcone camera da letto principale offre una splendida vista sul tramonto nel tardo pomeriggio, prima che l'emozione di Atlantic Avenue si anima.

Il soggiorno ha un 40 pollici HD TV con cavo e lettore DVD.

La camera da letto principale ha un letto king-size slitta, 2 comodini con lampade, doppio armadio, televisore a schermo piatto da 32 pollici, sveglia, bagno con vasca idromassaggio. La seconda camera ha 2 letti matrimoniali, 2 comodini con lampade, credenza, TV e bagno completo. C'è una lavatrice e asciugatrice impilabile per uso privato. Un bagno di servizio si trova vicino alla hall. Questo condominio ha un posto auto assegnato, in garage recintato e coperto. Un numero limitato di posti non assegnati sono disponibili anche nella zona gated in un primo arrivato, primo servito.

Solo famiglia. Si tratta di un rigorosamente senza animali domestici, nessuna unità di fumare.

Affitti sono da Sabato a Sabato, settimanale abbiamo un minimo di 7 notti.

Enjoyable Getaway

The condo was great. It is a little dated but very comfortable. The location is amazing. Steps from the action and beach. The building is controlled access and that was nice. We fet very safe in the area going out day or night. One item to note thet has nothing to do with the condo, is the noise. The street noise is very loud - cars/motorcycles revving engines for show. The planes from the naval base fly over too, which we thought was cool, but it is loud.

Nice condo inside lots of room Everything was nice clean great views!! Drawbacks street performance noise is quite loud at night not a lot of hot water for showers but good water pressure

You can't get any closer to the beach and some of the best resturants are within walking distance. Margie & her team do an amazing job of orgaining the arrival process and the response is immediate if there is anything you need while there.

VA Beach-Home away from home

My family and I enjoyed our stay! We vacation in VA Beach every summer. It was our first time staying at this property. Overall, everything was great! Very spacious and clean! The A/C in the master bedroom was not as cool as the other rooms. We did find a stand up fan in the closet which we used. It helped some. We would stay again. Margie and her Team were pleasant to work with.

Will stay again!

Great condo! Very clean and located in the heart of Atlantic Ave. The condo has two balconies- one is ocean front from the living area and the other is in the main bedroom which overlooks Atlantic Ave. It is quite loud as you are on a strip with all the nightlife happening- bars and shops play loud music, etc. but we were all so exhausted at the end of the day it didn’t matter much. The master bedroom was not bad but the 2nd bedroom did seem to collect the outside noise more. Great views of the ocean, only a few steps from the boardwalk and sand. They have a fully stocked kitchen and laundry washer and dryer which was nice! There is a few poor homeless chaps who sit on the benches below the building but they never bothered anyone at all. Nice as can be really but thought I’d mention it just in case. Overall, we’d absolutely stay here again.

Highly recommend

The Kamla is centrally located on the strip. It is within walking distance to many restaurants, Music venues (17th & 24th street stages) and many activities for all ages like mini golf, flipper McCoy's, Dinosaur animatronics and haunted houses! Not to mention the shopping and of course the BEACH!

Family vacation

The condominium is spacious and the view is incredible. We had a great time on the beach. The only problem is the marijuana odor everywhere on the street.

Great place, amazing view!

Everything from booking to check in and out we’re easy as could be! Margie was great through the whole process. The condo was beautiful with a great view from both balconies. The night life around the area was crazy fun to observe from the bedroom balcony. The parking was a tight squeeze but the nice gentleman working was great with helping guide us to park easier each time. The bathrooms need some updating and some items in the condo need some repairs, but overall it was a great stay! We will definitely be back.

From the outside we weren't sure we were going to be happy, but once we were inside, it was beautiful. The bathrooms could use an update, but other than that, it was perfect. There were four of us and there was plenty of room and then some. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice condo in great location

Condo is in a great location, very convenient to walk to restaurants, shops, etc… Some parts of condo have been recently renovated and rest is well taken care of. View off oceanfront balcony is beautiful.

Great location, large oceanfront unit with great view !! Everything we needed!! Restaurants, grocery store ,beach all within walking distance. Street traffic a little noisy on weekends. Definitely would stay again!!
