With breathtaking ocean vistas and spectacular sunset skies, you won't find views like this from traditional oceanfront properties! The bright and airy downstairs family room is perfect for spreading out and enjoying time together. It seamlessly connects to the well-equipped kitchen featuring granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, providing ample space for everyone. The family room is equipped with a foosball table, a large TV with state-of-the-art surround sound, and cable, with WiFi available throughout. Bring your tablets and laptops to stay connected! The spacious main suite on the top floor invites you to relax and unwind. Wake up to the sun rising over the Atlantic from the comfort of your king bed, or savor your morning coffee on the oversized private balcony adjacent to the primary suite. The main bathroom boasts a luxurious deep soaking tub, a separate shower, and plenty of space to indulge in relaxation. The kids will love their large downstairs bedroom, which offers a private bath and plenty of room for fun. This expansive suite includes a queen bed, a twin over twin bunk bed with trundle, and a top-of-the-line roll-away bed, comfortably accommodating up to six children in this fabulous retreat. Things to Know Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 10:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. Do not move furniture between rooms. This Penthouse Paradise welcomes extended stays! Check with the extended stay team to learn more about rates and discounts. The community pool is open annually from the beginning of June to the end of August for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association's discretion. The Sanctuary HOA schedules structural upkeep during the off-season, blocking off certain sides of the buildings, making it unsafe for our guests to be on the balcony. The balcony may not be available for guests from October to mid-May. No pets are allowed at this vacation rental. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. City/town permit number: 2025-STRR-00705 You must be 21 years or older to rent this property.

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean, beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of room to spread out, enjoy family time, or have some space alone. We especially enjoyed the patios and easy beach access.The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals, including both a regular coffee maker and Keurig. The manual can openers didn't work, but we found an electric one. The unit could use some updating. The master bedroom was a little warm at night, and the ceiling fan was somewhat loud.Parking in the garage is very tight, especially for a truck or larger SUV, and there aren't many additional outdoor spaces.Our biggest disappointment was the resort's common areas, which are separate from the condo itself. The pools had sand and debris in them, and there were many debris-filled spider webs throughout the outdoor areas, with some debris apparently blowing into the pools. The grills and surrounding areas also needed better cleaning and maintenance. We tried several grills before finding one that worked, and one had a damaged cover.The condo itself was clean and comfortable, and we loved the location and our time at the beach. Better upkeep of the resort's common areas would make the overall experience much better.

This property was very spacious and perfect for my family. I especially loved the master suite on the second floor and the stairs leading up to it.The kitchen was fully stocked and had almost everything you could possibly need. There were no pot holders. It did have a coffee maker and a Kuerig (but no coffee or k-cups).Both balconies had wonderful views of the ocean and it was very soothing to just sit out there and relax.However, I've been renting VRBOs for many years and these were firsts for me: We were given one bath towel, hand towel and washcloth per person for our three night stay. The next morning when they texted me to see how things were going I asked for more towels and was told I could contact Ocean Rentals and "rent" more. Seriously?! Also, for a rental being on the ocean and having a pool and hot tub, we were informed that pool towels were "not provided".Then there's the toilet paper. When we arrived the master bathroom did not have any toilet paper and there was one wrapped roll (not even on the holder) in each of the other three bathrooms - so a total of three rolls of toilet paper. When I asked for more toilet paper I was told "restocking during your stay may not be included". It wasn't.And just some little things - only two hangers per closet, no Kleenex, no coasters, no handles on a lot of the dresser dawers.We ended up going to the store and getting more toilet paper, coffee, Kleenex and more hangers, which we donated to the condo.
