Just one block from the ocean boardwalk. 31st and 24th live entertainment stages are only 4 blocks away. This part of the resort has the more desirable restaurants, very walkable. Harris Tweeter grocery store is an easy two block walk. The triplex building has three 5-bedroom 5 bath units.

Ocean views from the deck of ships passing in the channel, surf in the ocean and night lights of the resort hi rise hotels. Parking is ground floor under building 3 spots included, extra's if needed. Other sleeping areas not in bedrooms but open space: queen sofa bed in the first apartment, loft bed on bedroom floor similar to bunk bed but a queen( nice for children with their own TV) and a day bed (two twins) on main floor with main kitchen.
