“We arrived around 3 PM during rush hour, and the check-in process was extremely chaotic. Traveling with parents over 80 made the situation even more challenging, especially since there was no seating available for them while we waited in a very long line.
There was no Wi-Fi accessible in the lobby, which added to the inconvenience. I asked the bellman for assistance, but he mentioned he was waiting on another guest, despite being seated behind the desk at the time.
