The air conditioner worked well and the kitchen was equipped with what we needed. However, the description that states "a little dust" is misleading. “The house add accompanying apartment easily handled our 10 person group. A beautiful patio was available for morning or evening relaxing. During our stay, the temperatures were about 100-105 degrees, so outside during the day not an option. The listing indicated the jetted outdoor tub was not heated, but heated it was. Perhaps UN heated would have been better for the weather we had, but was nice to have the option. We were conveniently situated for shops, a plethora of restaurants, and...

“Every thing was great! A perfect place for family of 7 to relax and enjoy with reasonable access to kings canyon National Park about 2 hr and Sequoia national Park 45 minutes. Pool was great. Home is clean and very comfortable. Pictures posted were accurate.”
