“Amazing breakfast buffet, clean quiet room close to everything! I will be back”

“Nice and cheap motel near South transportation point. Room is very big and comfortable. The only two negative points are the AC not controllable and the shower a little bit not practical. Be sure to wait at 7 to take some stuff for breakfast because usually people is not so kind and they lined up to take everything, at 8 am everything is finished and the food doesn't get replaced until next morning. Assistance during breakfast would be required. ”

“Breakfast was spectacular. Elevator takes forever and is small; so plan on waiting or use stairs. Pet friendly. Pool was packed and the other guests were extremely rude, throwing items at my daughter causing severe welts and bruises. While this is not the hotels fault; there should be a max capacity for pool guests as it was so busy it was unenjoyable. Luggage carts are in the shape of a triangle and not sturdy, your luggage will fall right off. ”

“Loud music in room next door all night long. Staff told me I would be reimbursed for both of my rooms and I received 76.26 out of the over 200. ”

“Overall enjoyable stay. There was some unfinished construction/remodeling in some of the hallways which was a bit off-putting. Pool area had a sign up that the hot tub was out of order, but it seemed to be functioning when I tried it. When I first entered my room, there was an odd dust-like substance on part of the comforter and on the floor next to the HVAC unit. I wiped it with a towel. The room was otherwise clean and spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the location was very ideal for me....

“The beds were lifted extra high and hard to get on them. And there was no heat in the room when we entered?! It was March.. in Madison.. so the room was 40 degree! Took a long time to warm the room. Front desk manager was wonderful and very helpful!”

“No fridge or microwave in room, whole hotel smelled of weed & cigarettes, toilet leaked, crackheads at entrance, did not feel safe, front desk staff ok...”

“Hotel un po trascurato senza ascensore per raggiungere le camere al piano superiore ,lo scarico dell'acqua nella vasca era molto lento noi che eravamo in 4 non siamo riusciti a farla tutti, per il resto camera silenziosa e ampio parcheggio”

“Very Nice and polite staff at the check in, clean room, Comfy beds, breakfast was good. The only part I didn’t like is having families around drinking and vaping at the pool and hot tub all of this did not give the place the vibes of relaxation and good spot for families with young children. ”
