“It takes forever to get the host to give you an answer to a question or concern you have, to the point you no longer need an answer from them anymore. There is no phone to call, so you are at their mercy if you need something from them. They may write "I'll get back to you", and then you wait hours with no response.The checkout is 10am (which is an hour earlier than most places). “We had a great time in this wonderful home. We were a group of two families, each with two adults and two kids. The house was spacious, comfortable, and had a well-stocked kitchen. The kids had a great time exploring the house, game room, and loved the bunk beds.The location is very convenient. There is a cute lake a 5 min walk way and a Safeway and some restaurants about a 5 min drive away. We were there to ski so it was very convenient that it was only 45 mins from Sierra at Tahoe.”
