“I was traveling to Texas for work and stayed at this hotel twice in one week. Both times the staff were friendly and attentive. The breakfast was outstanding with food always hot and delicious. The coffee was always available throughout the day and night. This hotel is a great location, right off the highway and located near a mall, shopping, and multiple restaurants. I would definitely stay here again when traveling through Chattanooga. ”

“We had a very disappointing experience during our stay. When we arrived in our room, the dishes were visibly dirty—some looked like they had been used and simply put back without being cleaned. Several glasses even had lipstick residue on them. When we brought this to staff’s attention, we were told to just run everything through the dishwasher ourselves, which was unacceptable. The pool was another major issue. It was not heated as advertised and was extremely dirty—so much so that you...

“The front desk lady was extremely nice! The room was clean although the wall plugs weren't finished properly, they were sticking out feom the wall. The area was decent. A few places to eat nearby. ”

“Our room was a furnace. The a/c didn't work, and even though we set the thermostat to 68, the room never reached below 75. The hallway was cooler than our room. I was sweating the moment I stepped out of a cold shower.”

Tiny pillows! If you like big fluffy pillows or king sized pillows, bring your own! Staff was very friendly. Would definitely stay again. ”

“Second time staying here. I book it because of the large rooms, breakfast and convenience and safe area. The first visit there was a few strands of hair in the bathroom. This time, there was hair all throughout the room, the towels had hair, the and the floors were dirty. Upon calling the front desk and asking for housekeeping, was told they left at 3pm and no one was available. Had to tidy the room myself! Upon checkout there was no one at the desk to talk to; was just told by housekeeping that...
