“Could not give you a review of the place; I received a message the morning of the reservation informing me that they could not accommodate me. They requested I cancel the booking so I could get reimbursed but I could not get reimbursed from Expedia either and they never reported me as a missed check in. I had to figure out alternative accommodations on the side of the street and was out the money I spent on this stay. ”

“Everything was great but the beds are very hard and you can really feel the springs! It was like a light material over the springs. Other than that everything was great. Pictures are older on the site, but great for the price.”

“Enter through a garage to take elevator to third floor where you check in. When you first arrive there are signs stating this but this easily can be missed. Rooms are nice set up with a partition for privacy, kitchen is fully stocked with utensils”

“For the price it’s good! But the housekeeping unformentely doesn’t clean any of the room. They just give new towels and water if you request it. We were there for 5 nights and the room wasn’t cleaned- which was a shame. Overall for the price you pay, it’s good! There are quite a few nice restaurants around and bars. The coffee shop downstairs was our favourite in all of Hanoi lovely staff”
