“We’ve decided to pick this hotel for my 40th birthday stay as it has such good reviews. Sadly we were a bit let down. It’s just next to quite busy road and the soundproofing of the room was not great (we could hear everything from the upstairs room:walking, conversations, their TV). Condition of the room was a bit tired as well… The staff was lovely and breakfast was nice. Grounds were nice as well as quite a bit of greenery, birds chirping etc. It’s just sadly it was not 10/10 for us…”

“We had such a wonderful stay at the castle hotel. The only feedback was the receptionist on check out wasn’t as friendly as the lady that had checked us in. She appeared to be confused with the communication around breakfast timings. Over all it was a wonderful stay, in the perfect location and it’s such a beautiful hotel”
