You`ll arrive downstairs and enter with a code to the keypad on the front door. Go up the beautiful 100 year old stairs to the apartment where you`ll find a spacious layout with all the amenities you`ll need during your stay. The 800 sq ft apt has 8 foot ceilings, so you won`t feel like you`re in a cramped attic space. Queen bed with posturpedic mattress topped with crisp white linens, pull out sofa and roll away bed in the large living room sleeps 5. Complimentary cable TV with YoutubeTV subscription, whole home 100 mbps wifi, coffee, shampoo/conditioner are provided.

1 block to the farmers market in the summertime where you can purchase fresh, locally grown produce to bring back and prepare in the fully stocked kitchen.

Keypad access to the front door with a unique code per stay. Guests will have full and private access to the upstairs unit.

Have a membership to the YMCA? It`s only 2 blocks away! Easy access to Cass St which takes you to the north side of town (5 min drive) to all the fast food you could want.

Small dogs are permitted, but you will be responsible for any damages. Please NO cats!
- No parties or extra guests. Guest will be charged the full security deposit in the event of any parties or extra guests, regardless of any damages.

- Small to medium size dogs only. NO CATS please! We’ve had too many issues!

- We now have a doorbell camera at the front door. This video footage is not shared and is recorded for liability reasons in the cases of a break-in, death, injury, guests sneaking in pets, guests disregarding the maximum occupancy allowed, and in no way infringes upon the guests’ expectations of privacy in these public areas of the property. Any attempt at disabling or obscuring the cameras is prohibited and may result in the guest being evicted without refund. You will also be asked to leave the property immediately without any money returned.

- No smoking. Guest will be charged the full security deposit in the event of any smoking in unit, regardless of any damages.
