Perfect home away from home for visitors to Waco! Whether you are a traveling nurse, visiting academic, or other professional needing a medium term stay in Waco, this brand new home will meet your needs. Please send an inquiry for specific pricing - approximately $2300 per month, all utilities included.

House sleeps 8, with open design kitchen/living room, all new appliances and granite countertops, fenced backyard with fire pit, and plenty of parking off the street. Large master with on-suite full bath and walk-in closet, second king bedroom, cute bunk room with 2 sets of twin bunks, and another full bath. Living room has a 65 inch TV for watching movies or the big games of the weekend. In the tree-shaded backyard, we have set up a fire-pit and seating for winding down at the end of the day. A closet with full sized washer and dryer makes laundry day easy! There is parking space for 2 cars in the driveway, and space behind the fenced yard for several more.

The property is located 3 blocks from I-35 and walking distance to George's with their famous Big O's. A 3 min drive takes you to Baylor's beautiful campus and McLane stadium. A 5 min drive will take you to the Silos and all things Magnolia. The house is close to HEB for groceries and numerous fast food spots. The fully stocked kitchen is perfect for cooking and staying-in.

This house is great! We were here for Baylor Homecoming and it was perfect for us and our adult children. There is plenty of seating, the kitchen is well stocked and the beds are comfortable. We especially appreciated the nicely fenced in backyard with a fire pit! We brought our tv from home and watched several games in the back with a fire! We hope to book this house again!!

Bearathon Family Weekend

Our third time to stay here for Baylor visits. Never disappoints! Enjoyed the backyard rocking chairs this visit. House is very comfortable, clean & really cute. Comfortable beds & nice bath towels! Will stay again when in Waco. Host is accommodating & responds quickly.

Excellent property

I received excellent directions to the property. The house and yard were spotless and well-equipped, and the bonus fenced backyard with rockers was great for my granddaughter and dog to play in. Driveway parking is a plus in this area. It is close to all the places we visited. I will stay with them again.

Waco move out stay

House was beautiful, well stocked, and host very responsive and accommodating. Yard was very nice size and perfect for our dog to run around and us to sit out back and relax. Would definitely stay here again!

AWESOME STAY!

We booked this property fairly last minute considering we knew months in advance that we were coming in for a local triathlon race. Initially, on the map, it LOOKED like it would be far from the race site (downtown Waco), but I assure you that the location of the property is not an issue to get to anything in Waco. Everywhere we needed to go was within 10 mins max. We hit up some local restaurants, breweries, and popular spots - all a very short drive from the property. The property itself is a well-maintained, clean, and BRIGHT. Some prior reviews mentioned they were skeptical of the area, but we did not find any issues (and we traveled with younger children). The outside grounds were clean and cut and the sprinkler was timed to turn on overnight. The room and bed accommodations were perfect for our group. All rooms were clean, linens provided, and bathrooms had plenty of towels to use. There were toiletries and soap supplies available for use also. Communication with the host was easy and responses were timely. We had a few additional requests and the host was able to accommodate without any issues. If you are looking for a home for a single or small dual family - this is your spot!

Wonderful home!!

We went to Waco for graduation and since my daughter is a student in Dallas it was nice to have a home to accommodate my 3 kids, and their families. We were 7 adults and a 19 month old and we were very comfortable and not overcrowded. We had other family that stayed in the surrounding areas in hotels and we wanted to have graduation lunch and cake after but because of my parents being older they couldn’t stand up for the long waits. We ended up ordering in and had everyone(17people) come back to the house for lunch and cake. It worked out great for a short gathering before everyone headed back home. I was so grateful to have this place that was so accommodating, it was definitely a blessing. The owner was fantastic with communication and just a side note for the first time out of all the vacation rentals we’ve stayed in (and we’ve stayed in more then a dozen in other states) the fact that they make the code for the door something we can remember was amazing. Usually I’m fumbling through my phone to get the code. I love this place! It’s now on my favorites list. Also, they did not jack up the price to ridiculous amounts for graduation like the hotels did. Again I love this place. Don’t look any further this is the house you want to stay in.

Great House. Location Just Okay.

The house is great. Clean and comfortable. Of the reviews, 20 of the 22 did not mention the location but only how amazing the house was. Out of the two just said to be aware of the noise from the street, and the other gave a fairly harsh assessment. I figured with 20 positive and really just one negative review, it could be dismissed. So, I booked based on the pictures and the 20 reviews. This review is based on what I wish was highlighted about the property. The house is great. The location is not as great. It is on a busy thoroughfare, so there are lots of cars and noise at night and near a grill/bar and banquet hall that had parties each night which created more traffic. It is also near the main highway—which is convenient. The neighbor to the right has appliances on the porch and a grocery cart, plus other discarded items that are in view from the kitchen window, so when at the sink, you see the mess next door. There is a boarded-up house across the street, so when the front window shade is up, you see that house. Waco is being revitalized, and we all know that, so this isn't about that. I know the neighboring property's condition isn't this property's concern, but I would have liked more info in the listing and pictures, at least showing the street and fence line. Also, we never got to Baylor in less than 6 minutes, though the listing states 2 minutes, and that was via the highway; still not a lot, but I thought we would be closer to walk possibly. I should have asked.

Close to Baylor campus & great restaurants. Owner was very responsive & accommodating. House was perfect for our weekend visit to Waco. Nicely equipped & furnished. Very Cute & comfortable! Really Enjoyed the fenced in backyard. Hope to stay here again!

Great cute house and location

Really super nice house , with stylish decor and great location for all the activities we did - The sprinkler system that went on at 3 am and hit the windows loudly and repeatedly woke me up !! But other than that this house was awesome!!
