The Sterling House: Brand New Home Steps from Magnolia

Completed April '21, The Sterling House is thoughtfully inspired to create a retreat with zen beach vibes in the middle of the heart of downtown Waco.

Intentional features include luxury linens and bath toiletries, a hallway mudroom bench, three bedrooms, four total beds, three and a half-full baths, a floor plan for gathering, two bicycles, a fully stocked kitchen, and more!

Fantastic property! We rented this property for a football weekend and school tour- it was the perfect property! Super cute and clean like it was brand new. The location is perfect as we walked over to Baylor and the Magnolia Markets. I highly recommend renting this house!

Girls Getaway

We stayed at The Sterling for a girls trip and it did not disappoint. We were greeted by fresh cookies and a clean fresh kitchen and soothing music. The beds are extremely comfortable and the whole place was immaculate and comfortable. Perfect location for visiting the silos.

The Gem of Waco

We have stayed here multiple times and each time it’s absolutely perfect. The home is spacious, always clean, the owners are beyond kind and very responsive. Looking forward to the next stay and hopefully some cooler weather to enjoy the fire pit.

Super Clean and Close To Magnolia!

We had an awesome stay at the Sterling House. The house is very nice. Super clean, comfortable, beautifully designed, and brand new. The hosts are very responsive and communicated well with us. The location is within a block of magnolia market so it was perfect for us to walk to and from the area for shopping, coffee, and food. Would definitely stay here again if we’re ever in the Waco area again!

Sisters Weekend Away

We were a group of 4 sisters from Ontario, Canada coming to Waco to do all things Magnolia Market and Chip and Jo! The Sterling House was so very convenient to the market. It was the loveliest home away from home - the Sterling House is so cozy with touches of pink, comfortable bedding and there were so many thoughtful amenities (makeup remover pads, hair straightener/curler, lovely soaps, shampoos, well stocked dishes, towels, etc). We felt safe, comfortable and loved how attentive our hosts were prior to arrival and while we were there. If we’re ever back to Waco, this will be our first choice to stay. 💕

Cute and Cozy

We were so excited to stay at this home based on the photos online. Then when we arrived, we were totally blown away. The little details were everywhere you looked. Chargers by the beds (means we didn't leave one behind), quality toiletry items, the bedding, candles, the fresh baked cookie treat. We LOVE this home and could not have picked a better place for parents' weekend with our bear. I wish we had booked longer to enjoy the home more and the cute fire pit out back. Will return for sure!

Our family of 6 stayed in this amazing property while we visited Baylor. Close to the Silos. Our friends rented the property next to us, which is ran by the same family. Both locations were amazing.

Sorority reunion

This property is fabulous! They thought of everything you would need or want! Even phone chargers on both sides of the bed!! Even a Tesla charger for the car! The manager called just as I was checking in to make sure I got in ok!! Definitely a 5 Star property!

Better than we imagined!

The house was stocked, clean and cozy. Everything we needed and more was available! Beautiful, clean home with a fabulous location. This would absolutely be a “return to stay” if/when we come play again at the silos. Couldn’t have found a better place!! What a fun property to call home for a couple days. Worked really well for our couples trip!

AMAZING LITTLE BIG HOUSE

We have truly enjoyed our stay. Your home is beautifully decorated and you have thought of everything. We enjoyed the memory foam beds, and sensitive skin toiletry items. The kitchen was fully stocked for morning brew and mealtime. The home is immaculate and simply a gem. Highly recommended!" TV set up was great. Easy access to property. Near everything.

Our Home Away from Home in Waco

As always, we LOVED our stay at The Sterling House. Brynn and Ashton are hands down the best VRBO hosts we have ever encountered (and we have stayed in many VRBO properties). The house is amazing. It’s gorgeous, but also so comfortable. They went above and beyond with every detail, down to splurging for very comfortable mattresses and pillows. I also love that I can travel more lightly when I come here, because Brynn has even thought to provide a hair dryer, but also a flat iron AND a curling iron! She asking provides quality hair products… a detail I appreciate. Sterling House and it’s sister home, The Story House (which we have also stayed in) are the best rental properties in Waco. Whether you’re coming to visit a Baylor Bear or to hang at the silos, the location is perfect! 10/10. Highly recommend. Only… also hoping not too many people find out about our gem, because we never want to stay anywhere else!
