The property is ideal for a family holiday and is within a very short walk of the Pityme Inn and within a few minutes by car to the beaches at Rock, Polzeath and Daymer. Rock is well known for its sailing, dog friendly sandy beach and the world renown St Enodoc golf club.

Short breaks are available seasonally

This is a bungalow all on one level however there are one and a half steps up to the front door. Once inside the property most of the rooms are all on one level however there is one step down to the master bedroom with en-suite. At the front of the bungalow there is a driveway that is also access through to the next property.

Please note - Bed Linens are provided but please bring your own towels or alternatively, these can be hired locally, details of local hire companies are available in your guest log in.

Pets are accepted by prior arrangement - fees apply per pet per stay on stays of up to 7 days . Extra charges apply for longer stays
