Circa 8 minuti di auto dalla sede di Sudbury, per matrimoni ed eventi.
Attrazioni locali come la riserva naturale di Nga Manu, il complesso di piscine Waikanae. Loco Model Train Park, Coastlands Shopping Centre, Lindale Farm Centre, Southward Car Museum, 17 km da Stagland's Wildlife Park, passeggiate nel bush e vagabondaggio nella Tararuas e Kapiti Island Native Bird Reserve.
A pochi passi da caseifici e caffetterie, campo da tennis e parco giochi.
Ampio garage doppio e parcheggio fuori strada.
Sulla linea di autobus a Waikanae e Paraparaumu per Coastlands (centro commerciale o prendere il treno a Wellington). Fermata dell'autobus direttamente fuori dalla proprietà.
Completamente recintato anteriore e posteriore prato, grande area addobbata con barbecue, tavernetta al piano superiore con balcone soleggiato e vista.
Il soggiorno, la camera matrimoniale e la camera matrimoniale si aprono sull'area esterna coperta.
Ci sono tre camere da letto all'interno della casa, un bagno privato per la camera matrimoniale, una toilette separata e bagno con doccia / vasca da bagno per le altre due camere da letto. Sopra il garage della tavernetta può ospitare sei persone con una superficie in più per sedersi e guardare la TV e giocare etc. Abbiamo anche fornito una selezione di libri, riviste, giocattoli e giochi da tavolo. Questa zona ha un bagno al piano inferiore con vanità, doccia e servizi igienici.

Home away from home!

Lovely place to stay. The fence at the bottom of the garden,(left and right- hand corners) our dog managed to get out off ,so needs to be fenced off a bit more! The back garden was very well fenced . Really appreciated the dairy free and GF food items in the fridge. Clean,tidy house.

We were a family of 7 with 2 young kids and found the house very spacious and well equipped Also it was very clean It had everything we needed for our 5 day stay The upstairs rumpus room was amazing with toys games and books All beds were very comfortable Plenty of outdoor space Cant say enough about the house Anne Marie and her husband were great and very helpful Highly recommend this property

Weekend away with friends and dogs

Fabulous weekend with good friends and our dogs. This is our second stay at Twin Palms and once again communication by the host was outstanding. The property is well maintained and very clean with everything we needed for the weekend. Lovely to have linen and towels included and a log fire for winter stays. Highly recommend and we look forward to returning.

The home that has everything.....and accepts a dog!

This large property is home away from home, with a well stocked kitchen, a very full linen cupboard and bathrooms with all the lotions and potions you may need. Added to this a fully fenced section for the dog and log fire and this place was perfect. Highly recommended, for the location (a very short walk to the beach) and a wonderful host who was very responsive.

Great choice

Perfect family getaway

Great spot

Most comfortable holiday beds I've ever slept in. Excellent for a holiday with our three dogs with secure fencing of all the lawn areas. Lovely welcome basket with yummy goodies. Bikes and boogie boards available to use. Fabulous upstairs teenage room with TV and sofa. Great location 5mins from the beach. Loved my early moaning dips. Fantastic Stay In Waikanae

Our Northland Golf team had a fantastic stay for a week - the house was perfect and Anne Marie our host was so great even making us a lasagna for our arrival. Beds were comfortable and the house had everything we needed. I can only highly recommend staying at Twin Palms. A big thank you!

Wonderful venue

We booked this accommodation for the weekend of our son's wedding. The location was ideal as it was only a 10 min drive to the wedding venue. It worked really well as a base for family from various parts of the country, either to stay, or to come and go during the weekend. The house was warm and comfortable, with many of the basic kitchen supplies provided, as well as books and games, and plenty of linen and towels. The house is very close to the beach, and it would have been a nice walk if the weather had been more settled. All in all, a great place to stay, and we would recommend it for other family groups.

Exceptional hostess!

Twin Palms is an excellent destination, just a block back from Waikanae Beach. The house is very comfortable and well equipped. Communication with Anne Marie was easy - she was very generous in supplying bread, juice & milk - and a beautiful bunch of fresh flowers greeted us on arrival. We will definitely book again if in the area!

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful time at Twin Palms. Annie Marie was friendly and great to communicate with. Lovely and clean accomodation. She provided thoughtful touches including our choice of bread and milk along with butter and juice and lovely flowers on the table. Wonderful to have baking staples in the pantry to access. Lovely spot to relax in with warm fire place and a quick walk to the beach we enjoyed daily. Perfect location to access cafes . We really enjoyed our stay here.

Luxurious Bach

A very luxurious and comfortable house to stay in with everything you need and more. Super clean, so many nice things provided. Cosy warm fire for winter and great outdoors for summer. Walk to the beach and great for our dog. Excellent communication with Anne. Felt like we were in a hotel! Can’t wait to stay again
