“Stayed here for one night on business. Great location, right in the centre of town. Reception staff were incredibly helpful including doing some printing for me quite late on a Sunday evening. Executive spa room was very spacious and well equipped (including with a huge modern spa bathtub). Good range of lighting in the room with warm globes in a range of lamps, which is a welcome change from many motel rooms. Very comfortable bed with an electric blanket which is a must in Horsham in winter....

“We pulled up at the property and couldn’t believe how tired it looked. The door to the office was wide open together with some other doors but we couldn’t raise any person on the site. My wife refused to stay so we booked into another motel in town. Goodbye Expedia”

“The room is an old "ATCO room", similar to a mine site accommodation but they are better. The door had an inch gap on the bottom, letting in freezing wind. There was cob webs along the ceiling rafters. The wooden floor was unstable and squeaked with every foot step. The mattress was too soft and uncomfortable. Improvements have been attempted but a lot, lot more is needed. The decor is depressing. A lot of highway traffic noise. There is a positive = the linen was clean. Due to not being...
